JMPI: Jurnal Manajemen, Pendidikan, dan Pemikiran Islam, published by Pondok Pesantren As-Salafiyah As-Safi’iyyah, proudly presents Volume 3, Issue 1 (June 2025). This issue showcases a collection of scholarly contributions from researchers across six countries: Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Australia, India, and Russia, reflecting the journal’s growing international reach and commitment to multidisciplinary academic inquiry. The authors represent eleven prominent institutions: UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, Xi’an University, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta, Universitas Pamulang, Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, University College MAIWP International (Malaysia), University of Sydney (Australia), University of Mumbai (India), Moscow State University (Russia), and STAIN Mandailing Natal. This edition offers eight compelling articles addressing contemporary issues in education, Islamic thought, and institutional development. The article "Building an Inclusive Society (Speech Impaired) by Applying Educational Values at TPQ Ibn Ummi Maktum" highlights efforts to foster inclusivity for students with speech impairments through value-based Islamic education. In "Implementation Curriculum with the Tamyiz Method at Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Pleret," the authors explore the practical application of a traditional Arabic grammar method in a modern pesantren context. The role of education policy is critically discussed in "Educational Institutions: Policies and Priorities in Preparing Human Resources," which evaluates how institutional agendas influence national development. Further, "Analysis of the Alignment Between Reading and Writing Al-Qur’an (BTQ) Lessons and Islamic Education Curriculum for Junior High School Class VII" investigates curriculum coherence in Qur’anic literacy programs. The article "Development and Role of Measurement Tools in Educational Evaluation" provides insight into assessment tools used to improve learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness. From an international perspective, "Pedagogical Leadership and the Implementation of Project-Based Curriculum: Impact on Students' Problem-Solving Abilities in Australia" presents empirical evidence of how leadership and curriculum design foster critical thinking among students. A more philosophical discussion is offered in "The Concept of Education and Learning in the Qur’an Based on Surah Al-‘Alaq: An Islamic Perspective on Knowledge Development," which grounds modern pedagogy in Qur’anic principles. Lastly, "Integrated Quality Management in Improving Customer Satisfaction" examines how educational institutions can enhance stakeholder satisfaction through total quality management approaches. Through these diverse contributions, JMPI continues to serve as a vital platform for scholarly dialogue in education, management, and Islamic thought. We are pleased to offer this issue as a resource for academics, practitioners, and policymakers seeking to engage with contemporary educational discourse rooted in both global perspectives and Islamic values.
