Author Guidelines
SAHRI: Journal of Studies in Academic, Humanities, Research, and Innovation. Please carefully read the following guidelines to ensure your submission meets the journal’s standards.
1. General Requirements
- Language: Manuscripts must be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia, adhering to proper grammar and academic writing style.
- Originality: Submissions must be original and not under consideration or published elsewhere.
- Scope: The manuscript should align with the journal’s focus and scope, covering topics in academic studies, humanities, research, and innovation.
2. Manuscript Format
- Length: Manuscripts should be between 4,000 and 8,000 words, including references, tables, and appendices.
- Structure: Submissions should follow this structure:
- Title
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–5 words)
- Introduction
- Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
- Document Format: Submit your manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
3. Title Page
Include the following:
- Title of the manuscript (clear and concise).
- Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
- Corresponding author’s contact information.
4. Abstract and Keywords
- The abstract must succinctly summarize the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the research.
- Provide 3–5 keywords to help index the article.
5. Citation and References
- Use the APA 7th edition referencing style.
- Ensure all in-text citations have corresponding entries in the reference list.
- References must consist of up-to-date and relevant sources, with at least 70% from journal articles published in the last five years.
6. Figures and Tables
- Include figures and tables within the text at appropriate places, not at the end.
- Provide clear titles and labels for all tables and figures.
- Ensure figures and tables are of high resolution and editable format.
7. Submission Process
- Registration: Authors must register on the journal’s website before submission.
- Submission: Submit manuscripts via the journal’s online submission system.
- Review Process: Manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review.
8. Ethical Considerations
- Authors must adhere to the journal’s ethical policies regarding originality, plagiarism, and proper acknowledgment of sources.
- All authors must agree to the final version of the manuscript and its submission to SAHRI.
9. Publication Fees
Currently, SAHRI does not charge any fees for submission, processing, or publication.
10. Editing and Proofreading
Accepted manuscripts may undergo minor revisions for clarity and formatting. Authors will be asked to review and approve the final proof before publication.
