    CALL FOR PAPERS International Journal of Economics and Development (IJED)

    Volume 2, Number 1 – June 2026

    The International Journal of Economics and Development (IJED) cordially invites scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to submit high-quality and original research manuscripts for publication in Volume 2, Issue 1, scheduled for release in June 2026.

    IJED is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal dedicated to advancing scholarly discourse in the fields of economics, development studies, and public policy. The journal provides a global platform for the dissemination of research that contributes both theoretically and empirically to understanding economic development challenges in emerging and developing economies.

    Scope of the Journal

    Manuscripts may address, but are not limited to, the following areas:

    IJED strongly encourages interdisciplinary research, particularly studies that integrate economics with political science, public administration, environmental studies, sociology, and Islamic studies to provide comprehensive perspectives on development issues.

    • Peer Review Notification: 15 May 2026

    Submission Guidelines

    • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and written in English

    • All submissions must follow the Author Guidelines of IJED

    • Every manuscript will undergo a double-blind peer review process
