The International Journal of Education Management and Religion (IJEMR) is delighted to announce a special collaboration with the upcomingInternational Conference on Management (ICOMAN) 2025, organized by the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM).

Conference Information

  • Theme: “The Future of Management Practices and Sustainable Business Transformation in the Era of AI and the Green Economy.”

This prestigious international conference serves as a scholarly forum for academics, researchers, and practitioners worldwide to discuss emerging trends, innovative practices, and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and sustainability into contemporary management.

IJEMR Special Issue Collaboration

In conjunction with ICOMAN 2025, IJEMR will publish a Special Issue featuring selected, peer-reviewed papers from the conference. The publications are scheduled for:

  • Volume 3, Issue 1 – January 2026

  • Volume 3, Issue 2 – July 2026

This Special Issue will focus on high-impact research exploring:

  • Educational and institutional management practices in the era of digital transformation

  • Leadership and organizational behavior in sustainable business models

  • Integration of ethical and religious values in management

  • Policy development and governance in global education and business contexts

  • Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Operation Management, Strategic Management, Risk Management, Organizational management, leadership, quality assurance, and strategic institutional development.

Institutional Support and Vision

The initiative has received full support from the Rector of UNM, Prof. Dr. H. Karta Jayadi, M.Sn., along with Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Andi Aslinda, M.Si., and Dean of FEB UNM, Prof. Dr. Basri Bado, S.Pd., M.Si.. The leadership emphasized that ICOMAN 2025 represents a milestone in enhancing UNM’s international reputation and promoting academic collaboration across nations.

According to Prof. Karta Jayadi, “This international conference must be prepared thoroughly and strategically. With solid partnerships and professional execution, ICOMAN 2025 will showcase the academic excellence and global commitment of Universitas Negeri Makassar.”

Submission and Publication Information

Authors of accepted ICOMAN 2025 papers will have the opportunity to submit extended versions for consideration in the IJEMR Special Issue. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process in accordance with international academic publishing standards.
