The Journal of Law, Policy and Global Development (JLPGD) is an international, peer-reviewed, and open-access journal that focuses on the intersections of law, public policy, and sustainable development in both local and global contexts.
Focus
JLPGD aims to promote critical discourse, interdisciplinary collaboration, and innovative legal research that contributes to the understanding and advancement of governance, legal reform, and inclusive development. The journal encourages scholarship that explores the legal dimensions of global challenges, particularly in relation to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We particularly welcome submissions that reflect global perspectives, comparative approaches, and policy-oriented legal analysis that address emerging issues in law and society.
