The Journal of Law, Policy and Global Development (JLPGD) is a fully open access journal, meaning that all articles are freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication. We believe that open access to research promotes greater global exchange of knowledge, enhances visibility and citation of scholarly work, and supports the principles of transparency, inclusion, and public engagement.
