Special Issue Collaboration with ICOMAN 2025 (UNM)

The Journal of Studies in Academic, Humanities, Research, and Innovation (SAHRI) is pleased to announce a Special Issue collaboration with the  International Conference on Management (ICOMAN) 2025, organized by the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM).

SAHRI is a peer-reviewed international academic journal published twice a year — in June and December. It is dedicated to publishing high-quality research articles and theoretical studies across multiple disciplines, focusing on education, humanities, management, and innovative research practices.

Conference Information

  • Conference Date: November 1, 2025

  • Mode: Online (via Zoom Platform)

  • Theme: “The Future of Management Practices and Sustainable Business Transformation in the Era of AI and the Green Economy.”

In conjunction with this global academic event, SAHRI will publish Special Issues for:

  • Volume 2, Issue 2 – December 2025

  • Volume 3, Issue 1 – June 2026

These special editions will include selected, peer-reviewed papers from ICOMAN 2025 that align with the journal’s focus and contribute to the advancement of academic thought and practice in related fields.

Scope and Focus

The SAHRI Special Issue welcomes research papers, conceptual articles, and short communications addressing (but not limited to) the following themes:

  • Education: Theories, practices, innovations, and policies that promote effective learning.

  • Humanities: Interdisciplinary exploration of literature, history, culture, and social sciences and their social impact.

  • Management: Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Operation Management, Strategic Management, Risk Management, Organizational management, leadership, quality assurance, and strategic institutional development.

  • Research Methodologies: Innovative designs and methods that enhance interdisciplinary scholarship.

  • Innovation in Education: Technological advancements and creative pedagogical approaches in modern education.

  • Cultural and Social Development: The role of culture, identity, and policy in shaping social transformation.

Submission and Publication Details

Authors of accepted ICOMAN 2025 conference papers are invited to submit extended versions for inclusion in the SAHRI Special Issues. All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review in accordance with international academic publishing standards.
