About the Journal

JMPI: Jurnal Manajemen, Pendidikan dan Pemikiran Islam is a peer-reviewed academic journal published twice a year, in June and November, dedicated to disseminating high-quality scholarly articles derived from original research, literature reviews, and critical academic discussions in management, education, law, and Islamic studies. The journal welcomes original research articles, review articles, and short communications covering general management, including leadership, organizational behavior, strategic management, human resource management, and organizational development; educational management and general education, including educational leadership, school and madrasah management, curriculum development, instructional innovation, educational assessment, educational policy, and educational technology; Islamic education, including Islamic educational philosophy, pedagogy, pesantren and madrasah education, and the integration of Islamic values into educational practices; Islamic law and Sharia studies, including Islamic jurisprudence, usul al-fiqh, maqasid al-shariah, contemporary fiqh, and ijtihad; Islamic family law, including marriage, divorce, inheritance, guardianship, child protection, and family welfare; Islamic economic law and Sharia business law, including Islamic banking and finance, Sharia-compliant contracts, takaful, zakat, waqf, halal business, and Sharia economic dispute resolution; Islamic civil and constitutional law, including legislation, human rights, legal pluralism, and national legal frameworks; theology, kalam, Islamic philosophy, epistemology, ethics, and metaphysics; Qur’anic and Hadith studies, Islamic history, civilization, culture, and contemporary Muslim societies; Sufism and Islamic spirituality; religious moderation, Islam and modernity, and social transformation; and interdisciplinary research integrating management, education, law, economics, philosophy, and theology within Islamic perspectives. Authors wishing to submit manuscripts must register through the journal website and follow the author guidelines, while the manuscript should be prepared using the official manuscript template. Registered users can access the login page to submit manuscripts and manage their submissions. Through its interdisciplinary orientation and commitment to academic quality, JMPI aims to advance theoretical understanding, empirical research, and practical contributions in management, education, law, and Islamic thought, promoting scholarship that responds to contemporary academic and societal challenges at national and international levels.
