Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript before the peer-review process begins by submitting a formal request through the journal's editorial system. The withdrawal request should include the manuscript ID, article title, corresponding author's name, affiliation, and reason for withdrawal.
Withdrawal during the peer-review process is generally discouraged because editors and reviewers have already devoted time and resources to evaluating the manuscript. Authors requesting withdrawal must provide a reasonable justification to the Editor-in-Chief.
The editorial team will evaluate the request and determine whether the withdrawal can be approved.
After a manuscript has been accepted, withdrawal is only permitted under exceptional circumstances and requires a formal written explanation from the authors. The final decision regarding withdrawal rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
If an article has already been published, the matter will not normally be treated as a simple withdrawal but will be handled through the journal's correction or retraction procedure, where applicable.
Authors must not withdraw a manuscript for the purpose of submitting the same work to another journal after receiving editorial or peer-review services, particularly when the withdrawal is intended to avoid an editorial decision or peer-review criticism.
Authors must also ensure that the manuscript is not simultaneously under consideration by another journal. Cases involving duplicate submission, duplicate publication, plagiarism, or other forms of publication misconduct may be handled according to the journal's publication ethics policy and relevant COPE guidelines.
A formal withdrawal request should be submitted by the corresponding author through the journal's official editorial system or by contacting the Editorial Office:
Email: jtleditor@gmail.com
All withdrawal requests will be evaluated fairly and transparently by the editorial team. The journal reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request when there are unresolved ethical concerns or when the manuscript has progressed to a stage where withdrawal would compromise the integrity of the publication process.
